No of Teaching & Non Teaching Staff:- College has total 19 Teaching and 28 non-Teaching staff. All are working on sanctioned post by Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribag. It has proposed three posts in each Honors subject & 25 non-teaching staff to Human resources Department, Govt. of Jharkhand. Rules for the appointment of teaching and non-teaching staff- Teaching staff of the college had been appointed as per the norms, by publishing advertisement in new-paper and short listed candidates being interviewed by a panel of experts of the subject. The whole process is monitored by governing body as per the rule.
